This beginner-friendly Tai Chi class introduces gentle, flowing movements designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and relaxation. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, this course emphasizes mindful movement, posture, and breath awareness.

Movements are simple, slow, and adaptable for all ability levels. Participants may perform exercises seated or standing, making this class accessible for individuals with limited mobility or balance concerns.
