STEM Coding Enrichment for the 21st-Century Learner

Each {YEL!} Coding class follows four key components:

• Teach It! – Students learn story-telling and coding techniques such as movement blocks, animation, dialogue, and timing.
• Code It! – Students use Scratch®* to code their own animated storylines — from westerns and space missions to dance parties.
• Explore It! – Students can write their own code, experiment, and test new options in a collaborative environment where creativity thrives.

Each {YEL!} Video Game class follows four key components:

• Teach It! – Students learn video game design techniques such as movement blocks, control blocks, basic animation, and adding scores.
• Code It! – Students use Scratch®* to code their own video games — including Maze Runner, Asteroid Smash, and more.
• Explore It! – Students can write their own game code, experiment, and test new ideas in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity.
