This three-part class is perfect for young chefs ready to explore the world of sweet treats. Kids will watch and help with the demonstration as the instructor makes dairy and dairy-free ice cream and fun mini donuts, followed by taste-testing each creation. In the final class, kids will get hands-on experience making their own cake cookies from start to finish. Whether they sign up for one session or all three, your child will enjoy learning kitchen skills in a relaxed, engaging environment. It’s a fun and flavorful way to build confidence and creativity in the kitchen—plus, there’s always a delicious reward at the end!
I've been making ice cream for over 20 years—a skill I learned by watching my mother. On March 2, 2020, I took a leap and started my own company because I knew I had a gift for creating innovative products, especially when it comes to ice cream.
Throughout my journey, I earned my food manager certification, which qualifies me to teach both cooking and proper kitchen sanitation. I even went as far as inventing and patenting my own ice cream, and to date, I’ve developed over 300 flavors—and I’m still counting!
I own a commercial soft serve machine and a mini donut press, which I use to teach others how to make both soft-serve ice cream and mini donuts. I’ve also created a dairy-free ice cream line and a sugar-free option for diabetic children and others who need it—because I want everyone to feel seen and included.
I’m a disabled business owner, and I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned. I enjoy helping others—especially those who want to start a business but don’t have the resources. I do a lot of research and pride myself on being resourceful.
I’m excited for this new opportunity to show people how fun, creative, and simple dessert-making can be!
