We will dive deep in to the jungle of learning to cook one of the Karen traditional dishes that can either be a dessert or a main meal. Let me introduce you to "Puh ee Buh", known as sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf and a sweet filling of banana in the middle of the sticky rice. This dish takes 30 minutes to make and will be enjoyed after it is prepared.
I cook in my daily life and would like to share this passion with others. I would like to teach the community about Karen traditional foods. The Karen Community always hold special events at my church and I am one of the cooks, cooking for 100+ people. I love to cook and I love to eat. Cooking is my passion!
