A 6 week course led by RN and Health Coach for women over 40 who believe that age is just a number and vitality matters more. This course focuses on taking control of the aging process to make transformative and lasting changes. The basis for the change is scientific research behind the traditional wisdom of the 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: Plant Forward Nutrition, Daily Movement, Restorative Sleep, Avoiding Risky Behaviors and Social Connection. I have been a registered nurse for 14 years. I have been involved in patient education, staff development and served as an Infection Preventionist during COVID-19. My interest in following the 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine continue to grow along with my personal journey into well-being. I studied to become and Health and Wellness Coach and became a board certified Nurse Coach in March 2024. I recently started my business, My Life My Design Wellness Coaching, LLC. I serve as a guide to help individuals find and use the right tools to effectuate change and build the lifestyle changes they need to progressively pursue their own wellness vision.
