In this engaging LIVE virtual eight-week class, middle school students will learn essential fundamentals to build a strong base in the Spanish language. Months of the year, telling time, present tense verb conjugations, and sentence structure building are just a few of the topics covered! Lessons are dynamic with interactive activities and visuals, along with cultural lessons. Futura Language Professionals has a comprehensive Middle school Spanish curriculum that meets and exceeds the national standards for foreign language. In our LIVE virtual enrichment setting, the curriculum is broken down into two school years (Spanish PrepIgnite your Language Journey and Spanish Prep- A Foundation course) that rotate so that each year new AND returning students can begin and continue to build their skills in Spanish. Each school year has two 8-week semesters (part 1 in fall, part 2 in spring). Every semester has new vocabulary units, grammar lessons, verb conjugations and conversation practice to help all students practice and grow in their Spanish abilities. Students are challenged at a middle school appropriate level with the lessons including sentence structure to put their vocabulary skills to use. Like all Futura classes, lessons are dynamic with interactive activities and cultural lessons and visuals included.
